Safety notes
  • This tool runs entirely in your browser. No private keys, addresses, or seed phrases are sent to any server.
  • Ethereum patterns are hex only: 0-9 and a-f. Bitcoin patterns use the bech32 alphabet, which has no 1, b, i or o.
  • Difficulty rises exponentially. Ethereum: four hex characters average ~65,536 tries, eight ~4.3 billion. Bitcoin has 32 options per character: four average ~1 million tries, five ~33 million, six ~1 billion.
  • Bitcoin keys are shown in WIF format. There is no seed phrase: the WIF key is the whole wallet. Import it with "import private key" in a wallet like Sparrow, Electrum or UniSat.
  • The generator code loads from cdnjs and jsDelivr at pinned versions, so this page trusts those CDNs. For serious amounts, use a hardware wallet instead of any browser-generated key.
  • Do not fund a generated wallet until you have saved the private key (and seed phrase, for Ethereum) securely and verified recovery on a separate device.
